Consistent Imagery. Since most of us are working from home these days it’s difficult to get together as a group. That is why our mobile photo studio is an ideal option for your company and team. We will travel to each team members location and since our lighting is consistent from location to location you can be assured your images will look beautiful and cohesive across all of your web platforms.
Efficiency is critical – Not only do we work quickly, but we also have, instant image viewing and selection and online delivery. No longer will you need to receive countless emails from your team. We take on the workload for you.
You will LOVE the photos – We will ensure that each team member is delighted with their headshot. We strive to make sure everyone is comfortable and relaxed so that their best self is captured.
Team Headshot Pricing
Group sessions include on-site selection so that everyone we photograph will be able to view and select their 2 favorite images immediately. We will also provide a fully-retouched version of each favorite, delivered digitally, within 5 business days of the session.
3-5 people $229/person
Recommended that you set aside 1- 1.5 hours for shooting time. Available in our mobile studio.
6-10 people $189/person
Recommended that you set aside 1.5-2.5 hours for shooting time. Available in our mobile studio.

Detailed FAQ for Team Headshots
How does it work on the day of the shoot?
We park the mobile studio at your location. Each team member enters the studio individually for their private 10–15 minute session. They’ll receive expert coaching and have the chance to review images immediately. This keeps the process smooth and on schedule while ensuring high-quality results.
What if we have employees at multiple locations?
No problem. We’re fully mobile and can coordinate shoots across multiple offices or satellite locations. We ensure consistent lighting, background, and image quality from one location to the next so your brand remains cohesive. We’ll work with your team to build an efficient schedule.
Do you offer pre-shoot planning support?
Yes. We’ll provide a prep guide in advance with tips on wardrobe, grooming, and what to expect. We also coordinate scheduling and logistics with your internal contact so everything runs on time.
What if someone misses the shoot?
If a team member is unavailable during the scheduled session, their spot is still included in the company’s booking. We’re happy to arrange a return visit to photograph them at a later date. We’ll coordinate directly with your team to find a convenient time.
Can we shoot multiple outfits or different looks?
For team headshot sessions, each person is allotted one outfit for efficiency. If additional looks are needed (such as a casual option or branded clothing), let us know in advance—we’ll customize the schedule to accommodate.
How many images are included?
Each team member selects their 2 favorite images on the spot. We deliver fully retouched versions digitally within 5 business days.
