Branding Session FAQ

What’s the difference between a branding session and a headshot?
A headshot is a single image meant to represent you professionally. A branding session gives you a full library of images with range—showing you in action, in different settings, outfits, and moods. It’s designed to tell your story and support your content strategy.

How long does the session take?
Sessions range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the package. We’ll work together in advance to map out the shoot so we maximize time and locations.

Where do we shoot?
Anywhere that fits your brand. We’ve photographed clients at their homes, offices, gyms, cafes, studios, and more. We’ll help you choose the right setting(s) based on your goals.

Can I bring props or other people?
Absolutely. Bring what represents your brand—books, tech, tools, products, or even clients, coworkers, or pets. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

How many outfits can I bring?
Each session includes a specific number of outfits based on time (2–3 looks per hour). If you’re unsure, bring a few extra options and we’ll help you decide what works best.

How are the images delivered?
Retouched digital images are delivered in high resolution within 7–10 business days. Full sets of lightly edited proofs (included in some packages) are also delivered digitally.

What usage rights are included?
You’ll receive full commercial usage rights for your final images. This includes websites, social media, email marketing, print materials, press, and digital ads. The only restriction is resale.

Do you help with styling or planning?
Yes. We provide a pre-session planning call to walk through your brand, locations, wardrobe ideas, and visual strategy. If you need a makeup artist or stylist, we’re happy to refer trusted pros.

What if I need a rush turnaround?
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
