On-site setup with natural light or portable lighting for a polished, consistent result

FAQ
How long does the session take?
Most sessions are completed in 30 minutes or less. That includes coaching, photography, and reviewing images. It’s a fast, focused process designed for busy professionals.
I hate being photographed—can you help?
Yes. You’re not alone. Many of our clients start out uncomfortable in front of the camera. With over 35 years of experience, Jen creates a relaxed environment and gives direction that brings out natural, confident expressions.
Can I bring more than one outfit?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a second outfit. We'll help you decide which one photographs best.
Can I choose a different background?
Our mobile studio offers two classic options: light gray and pure white. Want something more unique or personal? You can upgrade to an on-location session—use your office, a cityscape, a park, or any space that reflects your brand.
Can I book with a colleague or my team?
Yes. We offer group discounts when multiple team members are photographed at the same location on the same day. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your team’s size and needs.
How soon will I receive my images?
Your private proof gallery will be available within 24–48 hours. Final retouched images are delivered within 5–7 business days after you’ve made your selections.
What if I don’t like any of the photos?
We stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If we didn’t capture you well, we’ll schedule a re-shoot at no charge. If it’s due to styling choices (like hair, makeup, or wardrobe), a reshoot is available at a reduced rate.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
Hair and makeup services are not included but can be arranged by request. We’re happy to recommend trusted professionals who specialize in camera-ready looks.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Are the digital images licensed for business use?
Yes. All final images come with commercial usage rights for professional use—LinkedIn, websites, pitch decks, PR, internal communications, and more.
