Our fully equipped mobile studio parks directly outside your location, eliminating the need for travel or complicated scheduling. You step into a private, professional studio environment that feels calm, efficient, and comfortable.

Executive Headshot Session - $200
Professional business headshots photographed in our mobile studio, serving Melville, Garden City, and surrounding areas.
This session is designed for busy professionals who want a confident, professional headshot that feels authentic and aligned with their role, without disrupting their day.
What's included:
- A 30 minute private session in our fully equipped mobile studio, parked at your location
- Choice of two clean, professional backdrops (gray or white)
- Guided coaching throughout your session to support expression, posture, and presence
- Immediate image review when time allows, or private online gallery access
- Private online proofing gallery available within 24 hours
- Professional retouching on selected images
- Final retouched images delivered within 5–7 business days
- Usage rights for LinkedIn, websites, PR, internal communications, and more
IMAGE SELECTION AND PRICING
Session fee: $200
Digital images are purchased separately:
First image: $150
Each additional image: $85
This structure allows you to select only the images you need.
Mobile studio sessions are available throughout Suffolk and Nassau County.
Travel fees apply for locations more than 10 miles from Northport, NY.

On-Location Headshot OPTION
Some professionals prefer a headshot that reflects their environment rather than a studio backdrop.
This option allows your session to take place in a location that supports your role and brand, such as your office, an architectural setting, or a thoughtfully chosen outdoor space.
What's included:
- Professional headshots photographed at a location of your choice
- On-location setup using natural light or portable lighting as appropriate
- Guidance on selecting a location that complements your brand and message
- Calm, guided coaching to support expression, posture, and presence in a real-world setting
- Private online proofing gallery available within 24 to 48 hours
- Professional retouching and delivery of final images within 7 to 10 business days
- Usage rights for LinkedIn, websites, marketing materials, and more

How long does the session take?
Most executive sessions are completed in 30 minutes or less. This includes coaching, photographing, and reviewing images. The process is focused, efficient, and designed to fit easily into a busy schedule.
I hate being photographed. Can you help?
Yes. Many of our clients feel the same way at first. Sessions are calm and guided, with clear direction to help you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. You don’t need to know how to pose. That’s our job.
How soon will I receive my images?
Your private proof gallery will be available within 24–48 hours. Final retouched images are delivered within 5–7 business days after you’ve made your selections.
Are the digital images licensed for business use?
Yes. All final images include commercial usage rights for professional use, including LinkedIn, websites, PR, pitch decks, internal communications, and more.
